We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to be worn, washed, or are not in their original condition.
Please enclose the completed Returns Form with your goods, and make sure all returned items are well packaged, as to not be damaged in transit back to our warehouse. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. Please check all goods for any faults before removing the labels from the item as we cannot accept any returns unless the items are in the same condition as you received them in.
Only the cost of the item will be reimbursed – shipping will not be calculated in your return refund. If the customer needs an exchange, they are responsible for the shipping charges for the new product.
Please allow 7-10 business days to process all exchange and returns.
Once the product is received, you will be sent an email confirmation.
